Sue is a seasoned real estate professional who moved to Wichita, Kansas in 2001 and began selling homes in the area a year later. With an undergraduate degree in business from TCU, and accomplishments as a licensed attorney in both Kansas and Missouri, her skill and expertise fit seamlessly into a career she has enjoyed, and excelled at, for 14 years.
Sue is an award-winning agent who heads The Ames Group at Keller Williams Signature Partners in Wichita, a talented team of specialized real estate professionals dedicated to making the sale or purchase of your home a seamless transaction. Her unique qualifications and leadership capabilities make every client feel at ease, knowing they have someone on their side with a deep understanding of their needs, an unmatched ability to negotiate on their behalf, and a commitment to protecting their best interests. As the overseer of all aspects of the team, Sue ensures a service-oriented, results-driven real estate experience for each client. Sue puts over 25 years of legal and real estate experience to work for every client of The Ames Group.
Ben joined The Ames Group in 2013, upon retiring as a pilot and an aviation professional. Ben owned several aviation businesses in both Kansas and Missouri, and most recently retired from specializing in the aviation defense industry. He has extensive knowledge of running a business, and brings a great perspective to the team.
Ben is a people-person who firmly believes that every seller and buyer deserves a totally professional real estate group to represent their best interests. Ben is in charge of working with sellers, and he’s the person who oversees all aspects of the seller detail work, from planting the sign to overseeing photography.
Gerrie’s greatest joy as a real estate agent is that moment when her buyers get the keys to the home that makes them smile. Tons of work is done before that moment occurs, including hours on the computer and the phone, and many miles in the car – but it is ALL worth it to get that smile! Every buyer is unique and each comes with their own needs, ideas, and situations. “I feel honored when a customer trusts me to help them on their journey to a new home. I take that trust very seriously and dedicate myself to doing all I can to assist them and navigate through all the twists and turns of buying a home, including viewings, paperwork, inspections, more paperwork, etc. We will also have a little fun along the way!
Shana grew up in Goddard, Kansas, and moved to Austin, Texas for her husband’s job. After primarily being a stay-at-home mom of three darling children for the past 13 years, real estate caught her attention while she was selling her home in Austin and buying a home in Wichita. A natural salesperson, Shana loves the buying process and all the challenges that can go with it. “Helping people buy their new homes and seeing the end result – happy clients – is more rewarding than I could have ever imagined!” As a dedicated buyer’s agent, Shana specializes in finding that “just perfect” home at that “just perfect” price!
Angela has always worked in a client-centered environment, mainly retail management. After the birth of her son she was looking for something even more rewarding! Finding your dream home is Angela’s top priority. Nothing gives her a better feeling than seeing her clients happily settled in their new home that they found together!
Christina has been working in the real estate industry since 2003. As a licensed realtor and with experience in mortgage, finance, title and escrow, property management, and appraisal, she brings extensive and diverse knowledge to the team. Christina coordinates the paperwork and legal requirements for each transaction and her unique qualifications make her an indispensable asset to her team and our clients!
Breanna grew up in Wichita and is very familiar with the city and its surrounding areas. She enjoys the behind-the-scenes work! Her extreme detail-orientation ensures accuracy and efficiency with our clients’ most important documents. She has also helped to design an innovative marketing plan that puts our listings in front of thousands of potential buyers, maximizing the likelihood of getting those homes sold!
